    As a Senior Director – International Sales, you will be responsible for driving and following the business development activities across EMEA. You will develop and execute a sales strategy with the team whilst reporting the achievement to the commercial leadership team.

    Daily activities

    • Own the approach and leadership for the direct sales team across all regions
    • Responsibility for the Direct Sales team
    • Member of the commercial leadership team
    • Accountable to the Regional Heads for target achievement of individual team members
    • Accountable to the Divisional heads for BU target achievement
    • Develop and support local execution strategies in alignment with Regional Heads
    • Support, develop and mentor team members
    • Provide leadership for Direct Sales team members in executing commercial deals
    • Structure and guide standard process for internal and external Customer QBR’s for strategic customers
    • Maintain and track current forecast of all Direct Sales opportunities
    • Maintain and track current forecast of all Direct Sales revenue
    • Help devise strategies for acquisition, protection and growth of new accounts
    • Reporting and presenting of BU Revenue and Opportunity Forecast
    • Strong sales operations management



    • Very strong demonstrable professional experience in a senior role in a Sales environment with an OVP or related business.
    • Experience driving and motivating a team.
    • Excellent business acumen, with a very strong awareness of, and experience of selling into, the online video commercial markets.
    • Demonstrable experience of working across the EMEA region and wider.
    • Experience of the online video industry and landscape would be a major advantage (OVPs, Streaming Media, ABR, OTT, DRM, CDN, Commerce, AdTech, Broadcast/IPTV).
    • Experience of the online advertising industry and landscape would be a major advantage.
    • The ability to communicate with, and sell products at a technical level to a varied audience - Software Engineers, Solution Architects, Project Managers, CTOs and other similar roles.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English.
    • A confident presentation style with storytelling at the fore of your narrative.
    • Ability to travel fairly frequently within EMEA, Middle East, Africa (and occasionally elsewhere worldwide) - approx. 30%.
    • Excellent time management, and ability to prioritise between multiple concurrent work threads.
