• Solutions Engineer - London

SEs are both technical (developers) and social (client-facing). They work directly with Solutions Architects to design and prototype ideas, with engineering teams to tune bespoke software, and with Project Managers to hit delivery targets.

The SE’s primary responsibility is to carry out the architect’s design. This requires extensive knowledge and deep configuration of our core products, integrations with third parties, complex script writing, and a significant amount of critical thinking and problem solving.

SE’s also spend much of their time engaged with the customer. This is most often to provide status, work through technical hurdles, and provide expert guidance on our core software.

    • Develop utility scripts (primarily using Java, Node.js or Python) to accomplish customer-specific requirements.
