SEs are both technical (developers) and social (client-facing). They work directly with Solutions Architects to design and prototype ideas, with engineering teams to tune bespoke software, and with Project Managers to hit delivery targets.
The SE’s primary responsibility is to carry out the architect’s design. This requires extensive knowledge and deep configuration of our core products, integrations with third parties, complex script writing, and a significant amount of critical thinking and problem solving.
SE’s also spend much of their time engaged with the customer. This is most often to provide status, work through technical hurdles, and provide expert guidance on our core software.
As a business analyst, you will be responsible for capturing clients’ requirements, facilitating commercial proposals and assisting the smooth delivery of our solutions. You will work across commercial and delivery teams and follow projects from the discovery to delivery.
As a primarily customer-facing role, consulting skills and executive presence are essential. Business Analysts are equally at home talking strategy with executive management or detailed technical requirements with product managers.

In this role, the Service Delivery Manager will work to manage the customers overall operational expectation and requirements. This will entail working with cross-functional groups from development to operations and consulting services to sales to ensure work is prioritised and managed, and to ensure and lead full communication with the customer. The Service Delivery Manager will not only help train and mentor within the company, but will also assist in accomplishing organisational goals. This individual is expected to be a have a firm grasp on customer satisfaction, project management concepts, service-level management and escalation processes and procedures.
This role will join the Syndication Operations team and be responsible for a variety of processes involving business reengineering efforts that support our operations and customer experience. This individual will work in a cross-functional team that encompasses representation from our syndication partners to understand current and future challenges. Work will define our current process that supports the NOC, Provisioning, Customer Care, and Technical Operations and to define the future state that will be enabled through technology. Candidates should have in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
